You have the option of processing it manually or electronically. It is highly advised not to patronize touts or unauthorized personnel. For Manual Applicants Obtain application from the VIO/BIR license office Fill the form and submit at the VIO/BIR office You will be issued an application number from the office Make payments at a Nigerian Bank Take the proof of payment back to the VIO/BIR office for registration The applicant will now go for screening and approval at the VIO office The Applicant is invited for biometric scanning by FRSC official who will then issue a temporary drivers’ license.
